Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Hand-Made clothes cannot be returned as we are unable to stock them. These are unique, limited clothes made just for you! Be sure you’re ordering the correct size.
If you need to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
Returning your order.
- A change in size, or in mind.
Currently, we do not accept returns for wrong sizes, or change in mind. Please understand that all of our products are made to order, meaning we create it after your order and as such, we need to pay all the expenses to create the product (e.g. apparel, printing, staff, shipping, etc.) according to your order. Then, if you changed your mind or made a mistake in sizing, we are unable to stock the product until someone else decides to order the same item, on the same size. Please be sure you measured yourself correctly. All of our clothes are true to fit.
- You received the damaged/wrong/faulty item.
We are all humans, right? Although we double-check everything, it can happen to send out the wrong item. No worries! please send a photo of the incorrect item you received to support@psychedelicmagazine.com and our team will get on it ASAP.
- Lost in transit.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. please send an email of the lost item you haven’t receive, to support@psychedelicmagazine.com and our team will get on it ASAP. Keep in mind that if tracking states an order was delivered but you claim you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility for that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
NOTE: Psychedelic Magazine does not provide prepaid returns shipping labels and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense.
