We offer free shipping worldwide! You do not have to reach a minimum purchase amount or reside in a specific country to be eligible for free shipping. We provide free shipping to all locations, everywhere.*

We utilize multiple shipping providers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, DPD, and others, and the specific provider used depends on your location. Not all locations receive shipping from the same provider. All orders come with free tracking, which will be provided to you upon completion of the order, along with the corresponding tracking link.

Shipping Times:

We manufacture your product only after you place the order. The production time ranges from 1 to 6 days, depending on whether it is a hand-made or pre-made garment. Hand-made clothing typically takes 3 to 6 days to be prepared for shipment, while pre-made clothing usually takes 1 to 3 days to be ready for shipping.

Fulfillment centers: European Union and USA.

Our general average shipping time is 4 days.

Average shipping times are as follows: Europe 3 to 7 days, USA 3 to 4 days, South America 6 to 14 days, India 6 to 10 days, Oceania 6 to 12 days, Rest of the World 8 to 14 days.

Customs Duties:

Depending on the destination of your order and the location of its fulfillment, you may be required to pay customs fees. The fees can vary depending on factors such as the value of the order and the country’s limits. It’s important to be aware of your country’s customs limits to avoid any unpleasant experiences. Orders from within the European Union do not incur customs fees as they are shipped from our EU fulfillment center, and the same applies to orders from the USA and our USA fulfillment center. Usually, customs are not charged on small orders in most countries, so you may want to check online for more information.
